1 Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Flok you may do so through this website after you agree to the terms and conditions. Flok shall not refund any payment made for purchase of our services. In the event that the user desires to discontinue our services, the only option is not to renew the subscription to our services.

Flok will not be responsible for any bank service charge or any other charges upon your credit card before, during and after the purchase of our services. Any purchase of Flok Services does not confer on Users any right of ownership. Thus, users cannot commercialize or duplicate the contents of Flok.

2 Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You agree that all information you provide to register with the Flok is subject to by our Privacy Statement, the terms of which are incorporated herein and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from bugs, viruses, errors or omissions. For example, there may be times when the services are unavailable due to maintenance or technical problems. We may also change, suspend or discontinue certain services without giving you prior notice. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or upset that you suffer as a consequence of any Service becoming temporarily or permanently unavailable.

We (and any third-party content provider, or their respective agent), are not responsible for the following types of loss or damage which may arise from your use of Flok:

• temporary, intermittent or permanent connection loss

• any loss which is indirect or a side effect of the main loss or damage and which we and you could not anticipate nor expect to happen when you started using the Services, for instance if you lose revenue or salary, profit, opportunity or reputation
• any loss or damage if the Services are not provided to you or are interrupted or suspended or if we do not comply with the Terms because of events beyond our control, such as an act of God, accident, fire, lockout, strike or other official or unofficial labour dispute, civil commotion or other act or event beyond our reasonable control.

7 Termination

Termination of subscription is prohibited during the pendency of your subscription as Flok has no refund policy.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

9 Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, kindly refrain from using the Service.
